Flexible Forever is lifestyle practice that incorporates stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises based on Yoga, Pilates and Physical Therapy. Becoming Flexible Forever focuses on the Physical body as well as the Mind and Spirit. Flexible Forever is a community that supports personal growth, change and connection.
OPEN to anyone new to yoga, experienced practitioners, those who hate yoga and aren't good at yoga, healing bodies, aging bodies, lazy bodies, restless bodies, home bodies, and those wanting to connect to the same.
Join us Alive on Zoom and or attend the Monthly “Alive” Long Slow Deep Stretch Workshops. All bodies and fitness levels will benefit and are welcome!

Foot, leg strength, balance and coordination. - WEDNESDAYS – 10-10:50am MST - Core Wednesday
Pilates based exercises for stability and posture.
- THURSDAYS - 4-4:50pm MST – Wind Down Thursday
Longer stretch sequences for stress relief. - FRIDAYS - 10-10:50am MST — TGIF Friday
“Get the party started!” Happy Backs flow - SATURDAYS - 10-10:50am MST – Deep Stretching
For tight bodies and active minds . - SUNDAYS - 4-4:50pm MST — Restore Sunday
Gentle restorative poses held for 3-5 minutes.
