Welcome to our On-Line Yoga Community. Practice with Yogis from across the country. If the time doesn’t work for your time zone, while traveling or for your schedule, you can attend at any time as ALL classes are recorded. Many of the participants have not met personally but have become friends and look froward to meeting in class. COMMUNITY is essential to our health and well being.

Attend every class or as much as you like. The scheduled classes are designed to compliment each other and to provide a comprehensive “workout and work-in.” To receive the utmost benefits, please attend daily or as much as you can. The hardest pose is “showing up asana.” You can leave at any time. If this is your first time, check out the introductory offer. Flexible Forever is lifestyle practice that incorporates stretching, strengthening and balancing exercises based on Yoga, Pilates and Physical Therapy. Becoming Flexible Forever focuses on the Physical body as well as the Mind and Spirit. Flexible Forever is a community that supports personal growth, change and connection LIVE on line (Zoom). The daily scheduled classes complement each other to provide a balanced comprehensive “workout and work-in.” All bodies and fitness levels are welcome!

ZOOM Class Schedule

Please Note: All classes will be recorded to view when convenient or to repeat.

  • SUNDAYS - 4-5:15pm MST — Meditation, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
    Start the week by Relaxing the Mind and Body to prepare for the upcoming week.
  • MONDAYS - 10-11am MST — YOGA BASICS
    The poses focus on balance and strength and include standing poses which create bone density, improve circulation and mental clarity, build strength and stability in the legs, glutes, and core muscles and also build upper body strength. This practice is excellent not just for beginners, but for everyone who wants to get in shape and stay Flexible Forever.
  • TUESDAYS - 10-11am MST - Pilates and Upper Body with Weights
    All levels. Pilates is a mind body exercise to develop Core Strength which is the foundation for posture and all types of movement. Included in the practice is Weight Training for upper body, shoulder and arm strength.
  • TUESDAYS - 4-5pm MST – YIN YOGA
    After an invigorating class on Monday, the Tuesday practice includes Yin Yoga poses which are held for 3-5 minutes and target the connective tissue: fascia, ligaments and joints.
  • WEDNESDAYS - 10-11am MST — SLOW FLOW
    Slow flow yoga will take elements of holding poses for longer durations at a slow pace, but can also include a series of poses that can blend one into another. Flows between postures are taken at an easy pace, and breath becomes extremely important. The many benefits of improved mobility in your joints include better posture, lower risk of injuries, improved circulation, and more.Slow Flow yoga is a gentle practice which combines deep breathing, stretching and relaxed postures to bring restorative energy and serenity.
  • THURSDAYS - 10-11am MST - Pilates and Upper Body with Weights
    All levels. Pilates is a mind body exercise to develop Core Strength which is the foundation for posture and all types of movement. Included in the practice is Weight Training for upper body, shoulder and arm strength.
  • THURSDAYS - 4-5pm MST – YIN YOGA

  • FRIDAYS - 10-11am MST — HAPPY BACKS
    Yoga Therapy. Each class supports back health and healing by addressing some of the common causes of back pain: tight hips and pelvic instability, muscular imbalance and weakness. Poses promote spinal mobility and stability.
  • SATURDAYS - 10-11am MST DEEP STRETCH
    A popular class that incorporates several stretching practices including: Yin Yoga, Resistant Stretches and Iyengar Stretches. Then continue on your Saturday activities warmed up fobiking, hiking, golfing, gardening, shopping etc!
